Wonderful, calm Aparthotel

Wonderful apartment hotel with large pool and leisure areas. The breakfast was okay in the context of a business trip. It was not crowded and the receptionist was very welcoming.

The breakfast could include some warm food (eggs, etc.). Otherwise nothing to complain.

Could have someone ensure instruction booklet is in starter pack for new occupants (washing machine instruction booklet/Qr code was missing when we moved in. QR code could be stuck to the individual appliance to avoid going missing.

unreservedly and unconditionally recommended for families with a promise to definitely return

neat morden furniture. quite and peaceful. the many swimming/jacuzzis etc suitable for young children. The staff are great and very useful and immediately satisfactorily attend to issues.

In servicing the rooms they did not do the dishes. you have to do the dishes yourself.

Excellent place!

We liked the location that it is not city central. Quiet neighborhood and not touristy. This place is for those who wanted to get away from the bustling and busy city and life. Good apartment layout. Complete kitchen for you to cook. Great staff and excellent hospitality! Will definitely return to this apartment!

Everything was excellent except for a few incident but it's fine

The staff service especially some of them which we encounter have been excellent, they were helpful, friendly and very patient as well. Had 1 bad encounter but it's not right to fault the whole team who overall did very well. The residence is very near to the market and there a few bus near by to travel to the nearest MRT . Unfortunately due to covid- 19 we were not able to have our breakfast in a buffet style. However, they did a good job by packing all breakfast and allowing residence to go grab and go what ever they like.

There was a staff that was judging us from the varieties of the breakfast spread we took for breakfast. Which was a bit upsetting, feels as if we were not allow to take what we want. Otherwise, the other staff are actually very nice and friendly. Parking was a bit of a problem, waiting for the lift took forever. There was once where we encounter a interaction with another residence who refuse blocked the sensor and refuse to reverse to let us go up. Although the security was able to come and help us with the incident, we were told to park at the condo resident parking but was stop and questioned by the security there, gave us a bit of an issue.

Superb

Clean, quiet & cozy residence. I like every aspects of this residence. Recommended to family and business travelers. Very kind staffs.

Need to take bus or taxi to go to city central areas. No MRT in walking distance. There is a shuttle bus to MRT at 8am though.

Clean and comfy. Staff was friendly.

Cable TV is not working. There are only a few local channels available which is not as promised in the in-room service guide. Was a disappointment especially for our family trip.

Hardware and location are good.

Wash room's GRASS gate falled on to ground and splited into PIECES. We could have been injured or killed if we were there then! We discontinue from the next day AND the hotel REFUSE to refund even such things happed. The only good thing is we were not in room at the moment.
